1.MLS
We promise to list your home in the Rim of the World MLS & the East Valley MLS. 
What is the difference? The Rim of the World MLS is an exclusive MLS for agents serving the Mountain Communities. Most homes are sold using local agents. The East Valley MLS covers the majority of Southern California. This will expose your home to out of area agents. 

2. Zillow, Trulia, & Etc
The Hardin Carter Group are Zillow & Trulia Premier Agents. What does that mean to you? Only a select few agents are premier agents. We have purchased 10% of the market share of Zillow & Trulia. The area where it says "Featured Listings" or "Other Similar Homes" means our listings will be in that area 10% of the time. Our team owns the most percentage in Lake Arrowhead for Zillow & Trulia. Our Zillow experts have shown that 65,000 people search the zip code 92352 a month. Premier Agents homes are shown on the internet more often between 10-20x more than the average listing on the internet.

3. Prints
Not only do we advertise on the internet, we advertise on local print magazines but also out of area magazines. We will give your listing its own one page ad in Home Resorts Magazine. This magazine is produced and sent out to all the Lake Arrowhead local business and to subscribers of the magazine. If your listing is over 1 Million Dollars it will also be featured in our Coldwell Banker Luxury Edition Magazine & be listed in the Coldwell Banker Previews Magazines. Depending on the type of home we will additionally advertise it in Homes & Land Palm Desert, Homes & Land Beverly Hills/Malibu, and Homes & Land Orange County.

4. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Other Social Media
Our advantage over the competition is our Social Media Internet following. We have acumulated over 60,000 followers on Meghan's & the Hardin Carter Group Instagram, Facebook Pages, Twitter, and other social media websites. Meghan's instagram page alone has 30,000 followers on instagram coming from different parts of California and New York. We will post your listing on all of our social media page. In addition we will pay for advertisements through Facebook. How does that work? We can target specific groups on facebook and advertise your listing. We can choose the audience gender, age group, occupation, location and income. This is another strategy most agents aren't using. How do we know that people viewed the listing? Great question, Facebook doesn't charge us until people have actually clicked on the listing and viewed it. We are guarenteed exposure through Facebook.

5. Virtual Tour & Photography
In order to receive requests for showings and expose your home to the world, your home deserves outstanding pictures. We have an in house photographer ready to photograph your home any day any time. After the photos are taken they are posted on the internet and are given a virtual tour. A virtual tour is a video that gives the buyer the full experience of being in the home from their computer. Most buyers will choose their favorite homes based on pictures. Images are one of the most important factors when selling a home.

6. Realtor Tour & Open Houses
We promise list your house on the Realtor Tour on your chosen Thursday. What is the Realtor Tour? Every Thursday, the Reatlors from every office of the Rim of the World MLS come through all the new listings on the mountain listed on the Realtor Tour. This exposes your home to other Realtors on the Mountain and Agencies. We also promise to host 6 Open Houses either on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday with your permission. This will expose your home to Lake Arrowhead visitors/buyers. 

7. Flyers & Mailers
We will make unlimited personalized flyers for your home for uses such as open houses, showings, and flyer boxes *With Sellers Permission*. We will have a flyer box displayed outside of the home fully stocked with your personal flyer. There will be a flyer display inside the home for private showings. Another unique strategy the Hardin Carter Group uses is Mailers. We don't just send postcards that get thrown away in the trash. We handwrite and stuff envelopes of your flyers to various people in different communities. We promise to send 500-1000 handwritten mailers to either/or Lake Arrowhead, Palm Springs Area, Beach Areas, or the Los Angeles Area. 

8. Training
Real Estate is always changing, therefore we always need to change and better ourselves. We attend local and out of area seminars on becoming better real estate agents. These seminars help us develop new ways of marketing your home. We also work closely with our Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty, Steve Keefe. We meet with him weekly discussing other new ways to market homes and find buyers.
